摘要
目的:探讨MODS大鼠血清IL-6、IL-4和肺泡巨噬细胞表面Ia抗原的变化规律及其之间的关系,阐明促炎/抗炎平衡和免疫状态在MODS发病过程中所起的作用。方法:采用肠缺血-再灌注损伤后12h腹腔注射小剂量酵母多糖的方法,复制MODS动物模型。采用酶联免疫吸附法(EILSA)和流式细胞技术对大鼠血清IL-6、IL-4水平和肺泡巨噬细胞表面Ia抗原的表达进行检测。结果:与假手术对照组比较,模型组大鼠6h后各重要脏器均出现明显病理学改变;随伤后时间的延长,模型组大鼠血清IL-6、IL-4水平逐渐增高,肺泡巨噬细胞Ia抗原表达逐渐降低。结论:MODS时,血清促炎细胞因子(IL-6)和抗炎细胞因子(IL-4)水平均显著增高,早期以促炎反应为主,晚期则以抗炎反应占优势,二者的失衡导致了MODS的发生发展。免疫抑制发生较晚,此时以抗炎反应占优势,IL-6/IL-4比值与免疫抑制的程度密切相关。
