规范化治疗——风湿病领域永恒的话题

摘要：

<正>近年来,"规范化治疗"的概念已在不少学科受到关注,并促进了临床治疗水平的提高。风湿病学作为内科领域发展最快的学科之一,规范化治疗更是不容忽视。临床上,因不正规用药导致病情迁延不愈、出现内脏损害甚至致残的风湿病患者绝不在少数。最近又读到几篇国外关于"规范化"或"系统性"治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)和系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)等的文章.更促使我动笔将近几年国内外的临床研究以及自己的思考写成此文,供同道们参考。
