摘要：

脑肠轴是中枢神经系统与胃肠道功能相互作用的双向调节轴,是联络中枢神经系统、肠神经系统、神经内分泌和免疫系统的双向作用通路,对胃肠动力的调节十分重要。有研究表明,在某些胃肠功能性疾病的发生发展过程中,脑肠轴的异常变化都与其密切相关,因此探索两者之间的相关性,这对于临床上胃肠道疾病的治疗和预防都具有一定的指导意义。目前,中医药对相关胃肠功能性疾病的防治发挥着重要作用,其对脑肠肽的调节机制也逐渐被证实,现就将有关脑肠轴理论与其对胃肠动力的指导作用作一综述。
