<正>对于在临床和社区护理工作中遇到的问题可以通过护理科研寻找最好的解决办法,充分发挥循证护理的作用。医院为护理科研的研究目标确定、研究项目的开展、研究结果的统计、研究结果的推广和落实、实施循证护理等提供了便利的条件和客观的可能,医院行政人员要及时将护理科研的政策、程序等信息向护理管理者和护士传达,使其能及
