多节段脊髓型颈椎病的手术方式

摘要：

<正>脊髓型颈椎病(CSM)是以椎间盘退变为基本病理基础,引起脊髓或脊髓通路的压迫,导致临床不同程度的脊髓功能障碍的一种颈椎疾病。脊髓型颈椎病主要的临床表现主要分为局部和全身症状,包括颈肩痛、四肢麻木、行走无力、"踩棉花感"等,严重者出现大小便功能障碍甚至截瘫。目前对于1～2个节段脊髓型颈椎病的患者,采用经前路减压植骨融合术为大多数骨科医生所接受,该手术方法已被广泛应用于临床。随着医学对颈椎病认识的增加,人口老龄化的进一步加剧,好发于老年患者的超过3个或以上的多节段脊髓型颈椎病不再少见。
