摘要:
<正>脊髓型颈椎病是一种常见退行性疾病,临床表现为四肢麻木无力、躯体感觉障碍或大小便障碍等。弥散张量成像(DTI)是一种在弥散加权成像(DWI)技术基础上发展起来的MRI功能成像技术,其利用体内水分子弥散的各向异性无创地追踪和观察神经纤维的走行及完整性,同时通过相关参数的定量分析反映神经组织微观结构的改变[1-2]。笔者就脊髓DTI在脊髓型颈椎病诊断及预后判定中的研究和应用进展综述如下。
