经颅直流电刺激对恢复卒中后手功能的临床研究

摘要
目的临床观察经颅直流电刺激(Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation,t DCS)在脑卒中后手功能恢复中的疗效以及不良反应。方法该次按纳入标准的93例脑卒中患者随机分为治疗组48例和对照组45例,治疗组应用经颅直流电刺激治疗,选择1 m A直流电流强度刺激患者患侧额叶背外侧,1次/d,10 min/次,连续治疗2周为1个疗程。对照组基础治疗相同,电流设置为0 m A。两组患者在治疗前和治疗后分别釆用Jebsen-Taylor手功能评分、九孔柱量表等评测,通过对比前后评分来判断对卒中后手功能恢复的治疗效果。结果九孔柱评分上,治疗组治疗前后评分相比,t=6.31,P<0.05,说明治疗组治疗前后变化有统计学意义,Jebsen-Taylor手功能评分前后比较,在书写、翻卡等方面亦有明显改善,治疗组未观察到明显的不良反应。结论该研究已经证实,经颅直流电刺激对脑卒中后手功能恢复具有一定的治疗作用,且不良反应少。
