摘要：

急性胰腺炎中约15%20%发展为重症,重症急性胰腺炎是一种累及多脏器的全身性疾病,并发症多,病死率高。由于其病情的复杂性及高风险性,强调"个体化综合治疗方案",包括内科治疗、外科手术、内镜及中医中药治疗等。本文就重症急性胰腺炎治疗研究进展作一综述。
