摘要：

促肾上腺皮质激素释放因子(crticotropin releasing factor,CRF)是一种重要的神经内分泌肽。CRF在体内分布广泛,主要作用为促进腺垂体合成与释放促肾上腺皮质激素,与内分泌、神经化学、行为等多种生理反应有关,广泛参与消化管生理和病理活动的调控。CRF引起胃肠动力功能改变最常见的类型是胃排空延迟、延缓小肠蠕动及结肠运转加快。CRF通过CRFR2作用抑制胃排空,而刺激结肠动力是通过CRFR1调节的。CRF受体拮抗剂的研发为治疗应激相关胃肠疾病可能开辟新方向。
