<正>继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症(SHPT)是血液透析患者常见的并发症之一,它是除心血管疾病的传统危险因素(糖尿病、高血压、血脂紊乱等)外的另一个导致冠心病的主要危险因素。SHPT患者冠心病治疗方法的选择和预后与非SHPT患者有所不同,而透析患者与非透析患者其冠心病治疗的效果和风险也存在差别,下面将针对以上问题进行论述。1发病机制心血管疾病(CVD)是血液透析患者的主要死亡原因。传统的CVD危险因素不能完全解释这部分患者如此高的
