摘要：

产学研合作是国家创新系统的重要组成部分,对科技发展具有举足轻重的作用。本文从企业、大学和科研机构、产学研合作的渠道以及产学研合作对企业的影响四个方面对国外的相关研究文献进行了系统的梳理和总结,对现有研究所存在的不足进行了详尽的剖析,最后提出了未来的研究展望,并且阐述了已有研究对企业、学研机构和政府的管理启示意义。
