宽光谱激光器非接触振动测试中的信号还原方法

摘要
以宽光谱激光器作为光源,利用自制的全光纤干涉系统来进行非接触式振动测试。对激光光谱结构特性所引起的干涉条纹幅度变化进行了理论分析和实验证明。并且通过解线性方程组来补偿得到的干涉信号,在还原振动信号时消除宽光谱失真。
