<正> 尿黄体生成激素（LH）单克隆检验药盒用于预测和监测排卵以来,其有效性和方便性已被临床肯定。本文通过临床研究,对此试纸的准确性和优缺点做一评估。一、材料和方法 1.受试对象 23例有自然排卵的妇女,年龄23～40岁。所有妇女同时用下列方法监测排卵,即:阴道B超、尿LH试纸、抽血测定LH、雌二醇（E2）、孕
