邻苯二甲酸二甲酯表面印迹微球的合成及吸附性能评价

摘要
采用表面分子印迹技术,以邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP)为模板分子,3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷为功能单体和接枝剂,正硅酸乙酯为交联剂,在二氧化硅微粒表面制备了DMP表面分子印迹聚合物微球(MIPMs)。通过傅里叶红外光谱法和扫描电镜对MIPMs进行表征,用平衡吸附实验方法研究MIPMs对DMP的结合性能。实验表明:MIPMs对DMP的吸附在1.5h左右达到平衡,最大吸附容量为78.6mg/g。同时,MIPMs对DMP的吸附量明显高于其结构类似物邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)和邻苯二甲酸二甲氧乙酯(DMOP),表现出较高的选择性识别能力。
