摘要
BDNF是一种内源性蛋白质,广泛存在于人类的大脑及外周神经系统。其主要来源于血小板、大脑神经元和血管内皮细胞,大多数的BDNF蛋白储存在血小板中。它在维持中枢及外周神经元可塑性、存活、分化等方面起到重要的作用,其表达是否正常可能与抑郁症的发病机制有关。抗抑郁药物对BDNF水平的调节可能与其抗抑郁机制之间有交叉点。
