添加少量聚碳硅烷对ZrB2-SiC陶瓷烧结和力学性能的影响

摘要
以ZrB2和SiC粉体为原料,加入适量的聚碳硅烷(PCS),通过热压烧结制备ZrB2-SiC复合陶瓷材料。结果表明:PCS的加入提高了ZrB2-SiC陶瓷的烧结性能和力学性能,而对于没有球磨过的ZrB2其性能并没有提高。
