摘要：

设计了一种新的有效稳定的彩色图像分割算法.该算法首先利用均值漂移(MS)算法预分割图像,产生了许多保留了图像不连续特征的分割区域,然后构建预分割区域的相似度图,并利用谱聚类集成算法对相似度图进行全局最优划分.为了避免在构建相似度图时仅利用像素点的亮度信息而产生一些不合适的划分结果,定义了一个局部占优度的变量,该变量综合考虑了局部区域像素的亮度和细节信息.本文算法在彩色图像上的实验结果验证了其高效的运算速度.
