摘要：

目的 :综述舒芬太尼 (Suf)的药理作用和应用。方法 :应用受体结合、热板、甩尾反射、EEG、血流动力学、随机双盲评价等方法。结果和结论 :Suf是一个 μ阿片受体高选择性的激动剂 ,Suf镇痛活性比芬太尼、吗啡强 ;Suf降低吸入麻醉药的MAC ,Suf使EEG振幅增大 ,频率减慢 ;Suf的血流动力学比芬太尼、吗啡更稳定 ;Suf安全范围大于Fen与Mor。Suf临床应用于心脏外科、神经外科、大腹部外科、妇产科等 ,作为麻醉及手术后镇痛
