摘要：

本研究构建了绿色创业导向分析框架,通过对绿色技术产业中节能灯企业的案例研究,揭示了新企业与在位企业绿色创业的路径差异和融合趋势。研究发现:新企业与在位企业绿色创业路径在不同维度的水平高低和选择方向上各有不同,基于产业发展不同阶段呈现出不同特点的演进态势,并随着产业成熟可以实现有效的融合。
