摘要：

自我决定理论经过近40年的发展,已成为对许多领域的人类行为活动具有指导价值的动机理论,得到各国学者越来越广泛的认同。文章综述了自我决定理论体系的发展过程及具体内容,归纳了典型领域研究成果,阐释了突出的研究成就,分析了未来研究的走向,并对该理论的发展进行了讨论与评价。
