摘要：

目的 :检测各类肝病患者血清中的亮氨酸氨基肽酶(leucineaminopeptidase,LAP)活性变化 ,探讨其临床意义 .方法 :采用酶法速率法检测各类肝病患者血清LAP的活性 ,选择 2 5例健康献血员做对照 ,对 6 3例肝病患者 (原发性肝癌 2 5例、肝硬化 10例、胆汁淤积 8例、急性肝炎 10例、慢性肝炎 10例 )血清中LAP活性进行了测定 .结果 :在肝病组中肝癌患者血清中LAP活性升高最明显 ,与对照组和其他肝病组比较差异显著 (P <0 .0 1) .结论 :LAP活性在肝病中普遍升高 ,但肝癌患者最高 ,差异显著 ,此可作为肝癌鉴别诊断的一项初步指标
