摘要：

目的研究计算机化工作记忆训练对脑卒中患者工作记忆及大脑功能激活的影响。方法 3例脑卒中患者作为训练组,10名健康成年被试作为正常对照组。训练组接受4周工作记忆训练,对照组不接受任何训练。训练前及训练后各被试均接受认知心理行为测验和神经影像学测验(任务态f MRI)。结果工作记忆训练可有效提升脑卒中患者工作记忆、流体智力及注意力水平(P<0.001);工作记忆训练可改善异常功能激活模式并使功能激活网络发生重组。结论工作记忆训练可作为有效的康复干预措施用于脑卒中患者的认知功能康复。
