摘要：

竞争对银行体系的影响是非常复杂的,激烈的竞争可能有益于效率,但却可能加剧银行的脆弱性。竞争与银行脆弱性之间的关系不仅受市场环境和管制政策的影响,而且还受银行特许权价值、集中度和规制俘获等多种因素的制约。相关理论和实证研究为我国银行业的发展和监管提供了可以借鉴的思路。
