单孔电视辅助胸腔镜肺叶切除术20例

<正>2004年Rocco等[1]首次报道了经单孔电视辅助胸腔镜下行肺楔形切除术,随后单孔胸腔镜手术适应证扩展到胸膜、纵隔、肺等多种胸部疾病[2-3]。2010年,Gonzalez等[4]报道了单孔电视辅助胸腔镜肺叶切除术,近3年来,这一技术得到进一步推广。2013年3月至2013年11月,我们采用这一方法治疗20例早期非小细胞肺癌,近期疗效良好。现报道如下。资料和方法全组男13例,女7例;年龄55~71岁,平均61.5岁。患者术前均诊断为周围型肺癌,未行化、放疗,术前cTNM分期均为ⅠⅡ期。经气管镜或经皮肺穿刺明确病理诊断14例,术中快速
