摘要：

With positivist analysis of the intra-industrial trade between China and ASEAN,the paper finds out that the division of labor in this field is intensified and the ratio of their bilateral trade is increasing,especially in the fields of capital intensified and technology-intensified models,which further develop with that of the Asian level.The fast economic growth is largely due to the direct investment of transnational corporations in the region.
