摘要：

新生儿缺血性脑卒中不仅病死率高,严重后遗症的发生率也较高,且早期诊断有一定困难,同时也尚未引起临床足够的认识。本文从病史、临床表现、影像学检查及脑电生理检查等方面综述新生儿缺血性脑卒中的诊断,以期加强对该病及其诊断方法的认识。
