B型利钠肽和N端B型利钠肽原检测结果判断要考虑的影响因素

摘要：

<正>B型利钠肽(brain natriuretic peptide,BNP)和N端B型利钠肽原(N-Terminal pro brain natriureticpeptide,NT-pro BNP)作为生物标志物,已经广泛用于心力衰竭患者的诊断、预后判断及疗效观察等方面。但在具体的临床实践中如何应用好(NT-pro)BNP(即BNP和NT-proBNP)?作者认为有3点非常重要。首先,要知道BNP释放的刺激因素,如心肌细胞受到牵拉,即心室容积扩张、压力负荷增加,心肌缺血损伤/缺氧,内皮缩血管肽Ⅰ(endothelin-Ⅰ)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(angiotensinⅡ)、白细胞介素-1β(interleukin-1β)及α肾上
