摘要：

<正>青少年特发性脊柱侧弯（AIS）是发生在10岁以后的无明确病因的三维脊柱畸形。据Weistein等[1]报道,AIS患者占脊柱侧弯人群的80%,大约1%3%的青少年有不同程度的脊柱侧弯,尤其是10～16岁女性易感。AIS是公认的多因素致病性疾病,涉及遗传、组织、激素、生物力学和神经反射等异常[2-5]。神经反射中前庭反射异常在脊柱侧弯方面的研究近来开始得到广泛关注[6-9]。前庭系统包括
