<正> 例1,女,14岁,服20%百草枯3ml,6小时后感上腹阵痛,咽涩及呕吐。体检,即Bp14.7/9.3Kpa,悬雍垂及扁桃体Ⅱ°肿大,表面有白膜,心肺正常,上腹稍压痛,肝脾未扪及。血WBC1.7×10～9/L,尿蛋白((?)),RBC8-4/HP,
