沙雷氏菌产硫酸软骨素酶菌种的CO激光辐照选育

摘要
为了选育高产硫酸软骨素酶菌株,从土壤中首次筛选到一株产硫酸软骨素酶的粘质沙雷氏菌,经过CO2激光辐射诱变(激光功率10W,扩束光斑直径0.5 cm,照射距离23 cm,照射时间30 s),选育出高产硫酸软骨素酶的菌株GT596。经传代培养,发现具有稳定的高产硫酸软骨素酶活性。
