摘要：

国际癌症研究机构于2015年出版了新的WHO肺肿瘤组织学分类。与旧版相比,主要在以下几方面进行了修订:规范肺癌小活检和细胞学病理诊断内容;借鉴2011年国际肺癌多学科会议对肺腺癌分类达成的共识,摒弃旧版中诸多肺腺癌的分类亚型,根据癌细胞的生长方式对肺腺癌重新分类分型;明确定义肺腺癌浸润前病变、早期浸润病变和诊断注意事项;引入肺神经内分泌肿瘤概念,对神经内分泌细胞来源的肺肿瘤重新界定;增加一些新的肺原发肿瘤类型。本文就肺肿瘤新分类的内容作一介绍。
