内镜技术诊断慢性萎缩性胃炎的研究进展

摘要：

慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)是消化系统常见疾病,其胃黏膜组织病理学表现为黏膜炎症、腺体萎缩、肠上皮化生和异型增生,其中肠上皮化生被认为是CAG的典型特征。近年来,随着内镜技术的发展,多种新型内镜技术被应用于CAG的诊断。本文就普通内镜、窄带成像技术、放大内镜、窄带成像放大内镜、共聚焦激光显微内镜诊断CAG的研究进展作一综述。
