降钙素原在心外科术后重症监护中的价值

降钙素原参与机体炎症反应的细胞因子网络,扩展炎症介质的级联反应,加重脓毒血症对机体的损伤,是一种早期、特异性和敏感性均较高的感染及危重症监测指标,可为心外科术后重症诊断、鉴别诊断、预后评估提供依据。
