本文综述了PTEN/MMAC1/TEP1,第一个具磷酸酯酶活性的抑癌基因的最新研究进展。阐述了其DNA和蛋白结构特征,PTEN生理性底物的发现过程,PTEN的抑癌机理及在肿瘤中的异常表达情况。
