摘要：

氯喹和羟基氯喹是４－氨基喹诺酮类的抗疟药。自１９５１年Ｐａｇｅ的报告发表后，抗疟药在皮肤及结缔组织病中的应用开始被人们认识。目前在临床上应用较普遍的就是氯喹和羟基氯喹。但在使用中也出现了一些药物不良反应，比如眼的损害。本文综述了氯喹和羟基氯喹常见的药物不良反应以及安全使用这类药物的一些准则，以供参考。
