摘要：

共病是慢性病及老年患者人群突出的健康问题之一,对于患者的临床决策、预后及疾病管理均具有重要意义。本文介绍共病的概念、形式及其与多病共存的区别与联系,在此基础上阐述共病对个体死亡率、生存年限、卫生服务利用等方面的影响,并对常用的共病评估工具进行文献考察与述评,展望今后共病及共病指数研究的方向,以期为今后共病及共病评估工具相关研究提供基础资料。
