住户部门卫星账户的构建与理论阐述

摘要：

住户生产核算是SNA2008的重要补充和完善。依据SNA2008经济生产的定义,本文界定了住户部门生产核算的范围,既包括住户部门SNA生产也包括住户部门非SNA生产,在SNA住户部门账户体系的基础上,通过对其经济交易项目进行相应的调整,得到拓展后住户部门账户体系的经济交易项目,并由此构建出住户部门的卫星账户。同时,本文还分析了住户部门非SNA生产对经济总体生产水平、收入水平及其对SNA2008体系下政府部门、为住户服务的非营利机构部门相关经济交易项目的影响。
