摘要：

运用进化博弈的方法,建立了一个Web2.0环境下组织内部知识共享的进化博弈数理模型,并分析其动态演化的过程及其影响知识共享策略选择的因素。结果表明,自我效能感、物质激励、共享知识耗费的成本、知识共享后的损失、寻找和匹配知识耗费的成本是影响知识共享策略选择的因素,通过改变这些影响因素的大小,可以有效提高组织内成员选择知识共享策略的概率。
