摘要：

<正>子宫内膜异位症(EM)是育龄妇女常见的疾病,近年来其发病率明显增高。EM中卵巢内膜异位囊肿是常见的类型,可导致慢性盆腔痛、不孕等,严重影响育龄妇女的生活质量。目前腹腔镜已经成为诊断EM的"金标准"和最佳的手术方法,但最近有研究发现经腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术后,有卵巢储备功能下降甚至卵巢早衰的危险[1,2]。因此,在手术过程中如何保护卵巢储备功能正日益受到关注。
