摘要：

<正> 骨质疏松(osteoporosis,OP)是一种全身性的骨骼老化或废用退化性的代谢障碍性骨病,以骨量减少、结构退化、脆性增加、诱发骨折为特征。世界卫生组织的资料显示,60～70岁老年人中约1/3发生骨质疏松,80岁以上的老年人半数以上患有骨质疏松。随着世界人口老龄化的趋势,骨质疏松性骨折导致的并发症与致残率日益增高,极大地影响着人们的生活质量,给家庭和社会带来沉重的负担。目前,对骨质疏松的防治已引起全球的关注。迄今为止,骨质疏松尚无特效治疗
