摘要：

绩效反馈模型是组织决策和组织学习的经典模型。本文探析和述评了近十年来绩效反馈模型的最新研究进展,包括过往绩效反馈如何对管理决策产生直接影响和权变影响,多维度绩效反馈如何影响管理决策,以及未来绩效预期如何影响管理决策。本文还对未来研究机会进行了展望。
