<正>脑卒中是威胁人类健康的常见疾病,步行功能障碍是脑卒中患者主要的功能问题之一。患者步行能力恢复情况直接关系到他们的生存质量。因此在脑卒中患者的康复中,评定和恢复患者的步行功能是一个重要目标[1]。就上述问题,本文从常用的步行功能评定方法以及主要康复治疗技术的应用情况进行综述。1康复评定1.1量表评定法（1）威斯康星步态量表(Wisconsin
