<正>早在20世纪50年代,肠道在系统性脓毒症中的作用就被提出[1]。自20世纪80年代以来,胃肠道在全身炎症反应及多器官功能障碍(multiple organ dysfunction syndrome,MODS)中的作用越来越受到人们关注,并被认为是"应激反应的中心"和"MODS的发动机"。研究显示约62%的ICU患者会出现至少一种胃肠功能障碍的症状,并且越来越多的证据表明,胃肠功能障碍的发生与患者的预
