摘要：

论文以国外智慧城市建设的相关研究论文为数据源,借助java语言对该领域的相关关键词进行词频统计,分析了智慧城市的概念和内涵以及构成要素,归纳了国外一些智慧城市建设的案例,在此基础上讨论了智慧城市建设中的技术手段,最后提出了对我国新型城镇化与信息化融合进程的启示。
