<正>动物模型为骨关节炎的研究做出了巨大贡献。随着全球老龄化速度加快,退行性膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)的发病率越来越高,动物模型的构建是开展退行性KOA研究面临的首要问题。van der Kraan等[1]率先开展鼠类退行性KOA模型的研究,发现胶原酶可通过损伤含有Ⅰ型胶原的关节结构,例如肌腱、韧带和半月板等,从而导
