摘要：

本文对糖尿病和抑郁障碍共病的可能原理进行简要讨论,指出治疗抑郁障碍对糖尿病患者有重要的临床意义,并对糖尿病患者抑郁障碍的治疗原则和常用抗抑郁药物的临床应用特点和使用方法进行了介绍。
