摘要：

经皮椎体成形术作为介入放射学中有效、安全的微创治疗手段,对骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折有较好的疗效和较少的并发症。本文综述了经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的临床应用现状及存在问题。
