星形胶质细胞与老龄脑内中枢神经炎症反应

摘要：

<正>中枢神经炎症反应是多种急慢性神经病理变化的机制之一。小胶质细胞是公认的中枢神经炎症反应的主要来源。日益增多的研究显示,老龄脑内星形胶质细胞是中枢神经炎症反应的重要参与者。现就星形胶质细胞在中枢神经炎症反应中的作用及相关信号通路的研究进展综述如下。一、概述神经炎症反应是多种中枢神经病变重要的病理特征。急性神经炎症反应延续及慢性神经炎症反应引起神经元损伤或神经元丢失[1],导致认知功能障碍
