摘要：

区域创新能力是区域竞争和经济增长的重要决定因素。通过对区域创新能力的内涵进行梳理,构建了区域创新能力的研究框架,并以此为基础分别从区域创新能力的形成机理、评估体系和影响因素三个角度对国内外文献进行评述,提出未来可能的拓展方向。
