摘要：

<正>卒中后疲劳(post-stroke fatigue,PoSF)是脑卒中后的常见症状。自上世纪七八十年代就有学者注意到它的存在。1999年,Ingles等[1]对PoSF进行了第1次系统的研究,将它从卒中后心理情感后遗症中区分出来,对其进行了单独评价。
